Order Collection:
At GoDataflow, we are committed to preparing your order promptly. All purchases will be available for collection at one of the three Studio 11 stores within 10 working days from the date of your order. Please note that weekends and holidays are not included in this timeframe.

Collection Location:
All items will be delivered to one of the three Studio 11 stores, which you can choose at checkout. The addresses of the stores are:

2. 2539 Vestal Pkwy E, Vestal, NY 13850
3. 41-45 Dietz St, Oneonta, NY 13820

We do not offer delivery services at this time.

Return & Refund Policy

No Exchanges or Refunds:

Please note that we do not offer exchanges or refunds. Returns are accepted for faulty goods only.

Returning Faulty Goods:

Faulty goods must be returned within 24 hours of pick-up and require authorization from our Customer Service team before being returned to the store. To initiate a return, please use the Contact Us page on our website. Returns should be made to one of the following Studio 11 stores:
